Chef Susanne Cleckler, Personal Chef in Tampa Bay Florida I've been cooking since I learned as a child that water must be put into a pot before turning on the heat, not after the pot gets hot.

My Home Economics degree as well as my Masters degree prepared me for various experiences in the Culinary Industry:

  • Food and Nutrition Instructor
  • Catering Experience
  • Seminar, Demonstration and Hands-On Class Room Instructor
  • Microwave Cooking Instructor
  • Certified Food Safety Manager
  • Member of the American Personal Chef Association
But, nothing taught me any more than what I have learned by facing the food preparation decisions firsthand.

Creating delicious and nutritious food for you from the freshest ingredients is my goal as a Personal Chef.

I can prepare anything you'd like. Or, you can leave the menu up to me and I'll make meals consistent with your personal tastes, health concerns & dietary constraints as determined via your answers to questions I'll ask.

I'm always trying new things, but I have my favorites, like Poppy Seed Chicken and a Sour Cream Pound Cake that are good anytime.
